Orders received before 12 Noon will ship the same day. Orders received after 12 Noon will ship the following day. We do not recommend shipping on Friday or Saturday as mail delivery via USPS will not go out on Sunday. 2-3 day delivery is guaranteed within 750 miles. Farther than 750 miles we recommend overnight delivery.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Buyers who are unhappy with their purchases can always return to the store for a refund/credit. Shipments that are received damaged or delayed can apply for a refund through USPS insurance (may take a few weeks). Please contact us asap if there is any difficulty with your order.

Q: How much cheese do I serve per person? A: Depending on whether you are having a platter as a pre-dinner treat or hosting a wine-and-cheese event, cheese portions vary. Generally speaking, 3 ounces per cheese per person will cover an appetizer platter, with this guide: 5-10 people (4-6 cheeses), 10-20 people (6-8 cheeses), over 20 people, larger pieces of 10-12 cheeses.
